CNY Triathlon Club is a volunteer organization operated and led by members of the club and supported by its members and sponsors.
CNY Triathlon Club was formed in January 2000 to bring together people in the Central New York area in a community to strengthen and advance the sport of triathlon; to promote the educational pursuit of triathlon and general physical fitness; to represent the sport of triathlon within the community, and to publish and otherwise disseminate information related to the sport of triathlon.
Our mission is to reach beyond ourselves and encourage others by sharing our experiences.
We offer a number of fun events and training opportunities, including:
- Tuesday Night Brick Sessions at Caughdenoy Road (Joint Tri Club / OCC event)
- Wednesday Night Summer Triathlon Series at Jamesville Beach and Oneida Shores
- Jamesville Beach and Green Lakes Open Water swims once a month
- The Cazenovia Triathlon
- Kids Triathlon program
- End of the season picnic and triathlon
- Informal Club meetings
- Club Social events
- Winter indoor cycling training and Yoga at our Winter Training Facility
- Our annual winter banquet/meeting
- And so much more!

You may sign up as an Individual or as a Family. Memberships expire on December 31st regardless of when you registered and will need to be renewed for the following year.
(If you wish to switch from Individual to Family after you have already registered for the year, you will need to re-register as a Family. Then, email the membership director who can have Active refund your original Individual registration.)
Note: You will not be charged the Active.com fee for online registration, just your annual membership dues. CNY Tri club has gone green with only online registration. If you have difficulty getting online, contact membership@cnytriathlon.org
