Choose from a 10, 25, or 50 mile bike ride, as well as a walk along Onondaga Creek walk (approximately 2 miles). All rides begin at Brady Farm. After the bike ride, there will be food, music and fun - pony rides, kids games, farm stand, and farm tours! Route maps provided.

Green Lakes Race Weekend

June 8-9, 2024 is your weekend to swim, bike, and run in one of the longest-running triathlons in the United States and a challenging, picturesque trail run.

Sprint Triathlon/Relay, Duathlon, Aqua bike, Aqua Run

8K Trail Race

You'll be taken across trails, gravel and grass, through old growth forests and meadows, and around two striking blue-green lakes.

You’ll also be supporting a great cause. The weekend is run entirely by volunteers and the money raised supports the charitable work of the YMCA.

There is NO rain date. In case of inclement weather, the Race Director reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. There will be no refunds of race entry fees. As a non-profit race, all monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, and 100% of the remainder supports the YMCA of Central New York's charitable programs..

Gillie Girl

The Gillie Girl Sprint Triathlon is located approximately 2 miles off Route 5 near West Hill Golf Course at the Intersection of Ike Dixon Road between Sand Road and Gillie Brook Road. The swim is 1/2 mile (2 loops) in a natural, spring fed Gillie Lake, a relatively flat 15 mile bike course and a spectator friendly 5k run to round out the course. This is a great event for all women - first time racers, seasoned triathletes and relay teams. Come join the 13th Annual Gillie Girl Sprint Triathlon, it's a spectator friendly course, and family atmosphere.

Winter Training Facility (WTF) 2024-2025 Season

Join us every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights from 6:00 - 7:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 9 am - 10 am at the the Winter Training Facility @ Dunk & Bright Furniture location. Free Parking. Entrance in the rear lower level, lighted parking lot, Doors open at 5:30pm. Coached, structured, spin session. Two changing rooms and four bathrooms available. Storage available for your bike all winter for $25 from now until the end of April! We will also have space for stretching, rolling, body weight exercises and yoga. Mats will be provided for your use. Fans available for better air circulation.
